Cancellation & Changes Monte Pino

By the tenant:

Upon cancellation, the tenant pays a compensation to Monte Pino:

Cancellations more than 3 months before the start date: full refund.

Cancellations between 3 and 2 months before the start date: 30% of the agreed price.

Cancellations between 2 and 1 month before the start date: 50% of the agreed price.

By Monte Pino:

If Monte Pino must cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the full rental amount will be refunded. We will do our best to offer an alternative, but are not responsible for further compensation.
