General Terms and Conditions Monte Pino
Definitions
- Monte Pino: The accommodation provider
- Tenant: The person renting the accommodation from Monte Pino
- Stay: The agreed-upon rental period of the accommodation/studio
- Accommodation/Studio: The holiday home rented out by Monte Pino
Applicability
The general terms and conditions apply to all bookings and stays at Monte Pino.
By making a booking, the tenant confirms that they understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
Booking & Payment
A booking is definitive as soon as the confirmation has been received and the down payment has been made.
The down payment amounts to 30% of the total rental fee and must be paid immediately after booking.
The remaining amount must be paid at the latest 30 days before arrival. For bookings within 30 days before arrival, we ask for the full payment immediately. Payments are processed through the payment methods offered by Monte Pino.
Cancellation & Changes
By the tenant:
Upon cancellation, the tenant pays a fee to Monte Pino:
Cancellations more than 3 months before the start date: full refund.
Cancellations between 3 and 2 months before the start date: 30% of the agreed-upon price.
Cancellations between 2 and 1 month before the start date: 50% of the agreed-upon price.
Cancellations within 1 month before the start date: 90% of the agreed-upon price.
By Monte Pino:
If Monte Pino must cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the full rental fee will be refunded. We will do our best to offer an alternative, but we are not responsible for further compensation.
Arrival & Departure
You are welcome to check-in from 16:00 on the arrival day.
We kindly request that you check-out by 10:00 on the departure day.
Haus Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask you to follow these house rules:
- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodations.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodations.
- Please respect quiet hours and make sure that your neighbors do not experience any disturbance.
- Any damage to the accommodation or inventory must be reported immediately. We trust that tenants will handle the accommodation with care.
Deposit & Damage
Monte Pino may request a deposit, which is paid at the start of the stay. The deposit will be refunded within 2 days after departure, provided there is no damage or additional cleaning costs. In case of damage or breach of house rules, extra costs may be charged.
Liability
Monte Pino is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Tenants stay in the accommodation at their own risk. Monte Pino cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, or medical expenses during the stay. Monte Pino is not responsible for situations outside our control, such as extreme weather conditions or government measures.
Complaints & Disputes
We want your stay to be as pleasant as possible. If you encounter any issues, please let us know immediately so we can find a solution. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the court of Pesaro (Italy) has jurisdiction.
